Try-outs for the 2012 Grassroots Montgomery County Bearcats will begin on Thursday, April 12 from 6:00 - 8:00 at Farquhar Middle School located at 16915 Batchellors Forest Rd., Olney,Md.20832.
Attire: Shorts,T-Shirt,Cleats,Mouthpiece
This is a try-out for the Grassroots Spring Tackle League which is an All-Star League featuring the best 7th and 8th grade football players in the region. If you would like to be apart of this exciting opportunity, please come to the try-out.
There will be a second try-out on Sunday, April 15 from 2:00 - 4:00 at Farquhar although the location may change.

Equipment and Uniforms will be provided for all players that make the team. Montgomery County will have an active roster of 35 players and may have a practice squad as well depending on the numbers.
Conflicts: We realize that many players are playing other spring sports which may cause some conflicts. We are prepared for that issue and can be fairly flexible. The team will practice 2 days a week with games on Saturdays. Practice will be held from 6:00 - 8:00 at either Farquhar or Good Counsel.
